Welcome to Maple Park Church’s website. We are striving to be a welcoming church for all people. I hope you will find information here which will help as you consider visiting us on a Sunday morning.

Parking:

We have two parking lots at Maple Park Church. One is located at 17620 - 60th Ave. W. Lynnwood, WA. This is our front parking lot which easily leads to our main doors. Sometimes the front parking lot is filled to capacity. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Please know, we have a back parking lot and entry that conveniently leads to the main foyer. The back parking lot is accessed only via 176th Ave. W.

Restrooms:

The restrooms are conveniently located off the main foyer under the open stairs leading to the second floor. All of our facilities are handicap accessible.

Nursery:

We provide a clean nursery for your young children 0 - preschool, staffed by vetted volunteers. The nursery is open during regularly scheduled worship services on Sunday mornings throughout the year.

Children’s Church:

During the sermon, in the education wing, a special message and activities are provided for children grades K-3. The children are dismissed from the service and led by our vetted and trained staff into our children’s ministry area. Children at Maple Park Church are given the opportunity to participate in our services too. If your child isn’t comfortable leaving the service they are welcome to stay and listen to the sermon.

Welcome Center:

In the main foyer we have a staffed welcome center where, on Sunday mornings, you can find information about Maple Park Church and our ministries. Please don’t hesitate to visit our welcome center to receive a free gift and meet a friendly member.

Sharing your information with us:

We don’t want you to share your personal information with us unless you feel comfortable doing so. Please know that information will not be shared beyond the office staff of Maple Park. We collect basic personal information so that we can thank you for visiting and answer any questions you might indicate on the ‘hospitality card’.

Worship & Music:

Worship at Maple Park is designed to bring glory to God by pointing us to Jesus Christ and the gift of salvation provided through Him. Our services are no longer than 70 minutes in which we sing both old and new songs. Some songs are led by organ others are led by guitar and percussion. We have an active choir that ministers by singing songs that point us back to God. Holy Communion is normally served on the 3rd Sunday of every month. Every baptized believer who hungers for the grace of Jesus Christ is welcome to partake of the Lord’s Supper. We use a wafer and grape juice.

Sermons:

We believe God speaks to us through the Scriptures; so it is from the pages of the Bible that our sermons are based. Every sermon is prepared to challenge, and bring peace to troubled hearts. We believe Christ meets us in His power as His grace is proclaimed in every sermon. With an internet connection, our sermons are always available through this website.

Refreshments:

Almost every Sunday, we offer your favorite espresso drinks and Italian sodas at our cafe. We invite you to stick around to enjoy the community of Maple Park Church. We hope you feel welcome and cared for at Maple Park.

Attire:

As an inter-generational congregation, not everyone dresses alike on Sunday mornings at Maple Park. Some dress more formally while others dress very casually. You will not feel out of place if you attend in casual attire, or feel out of place if you like dressing up for church.

Other Opportunities:

We have Sunday School for all ages on Sunday mornings at 9 am. During the summer months Sunday School is closed. On Wednesdays at 6:30 pm programs are provided for children pre-k - 12th grade where God’s Word is taught, games are played and friendships are strengthened.

Visiting the church office:

The church office is located in the house adjacent to the front parking lot. We are open Tuesday - Friday (holidays excluded) from 9 am - 3 pm. You may enter through the back door. Sometimes the door will be locked for security reasons. Don’t be shy, just knock and someone will answer the door.
